Monitoring and Evaluation Officer



Wycliffe Juma is the CEZAM-USADF Monitoring and Evaluation officer holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology and a Masters of Arts in Project Planning and Management. Wycliffe is instrumental in capacity building income generating groups on M&E and helping them develop strong M&E systems with smart indicators and data collection tools to track progress. He is also skilled in data analysis and report writing.

Wycliffe has over 10 years of experience in offering technical assistance to organisations during project development including the development of program targets and result matrices. He has conducted baselines, midterm and end line evaluations for outcome and impact monitoring as well as developing terms of reference for external evaluators. Wycliffe is responsible for planning and execution of M&E activities, ensuring quality in accordance with accepted standards, providing essential feedback for learning, accountability and decision making
