Nelson Ekomwa
Finance Officer
Nelson Ekomwa is a Finance Consultant, with more than 7 years of Accounting, banking, Financial Management, Credit Risk Management, audit management and consulting experience. He is currently the Finance officer for Cezam and Associates Limited (HLB Cezam) the USADF partner office in Kenya. Before joining HLB Cezam he was a Credit Risk Officer with Guaranty trust Kenya and Chief Teller with Fina Bank Kenya respectively. He also served as an accountant intern at the Office of the President.
Nelson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Credit Profession (CCP), with a Bachelors of Arts Degree.
Nelson joined CEZAM-USADF in January 2016. Since then he has ensured all grantees undergo financial management trainings in line with USADF requirements, prepares grantees for audit, contributed to grantee innovations in their businesses and sustainable profits through accurate unit cost computation.
